Over ten days (November 18 - 27), you'll have the opportunity to explore the vibrant flavors of Israeli cuisine, from traditional dishes to modern interpretations. You'll visit some of the most renowned restaurants and markets in Israel, as well as foraging and cooking experiences with expert local chefs.
Our itinerary also includes incredible desert adventures, from glamping under the stars to camel rides to a Bedouin village and cooking workshops in the desert. With a perfect balance of food, culture, and nature, this journey through Israel will be the experience of a lifetime.

Day 1 - November 18
Welcome to Israel
VIP service at arrival to transfer to hotel, special dinner. Overnight in Tel Aviv. Royal Beach Hotel.

Day 2 - November 19
Flavors of Tel Aviv
A culinary tour of Carmel market, visit Jaffa, go fishing with a local fisherman, dinner at NaLaga’at Centre. Overnight in Tel Aviv. Royal Beach Hotel.

Day 3 - November 20
From Innovation to Desert Nature
Visit an Israeli startup, Volcani Agriculture Research Organization, natural edible landscapes, Eshkolot Farm. Overnight glamping in the desert. GLAMPING.

Day 4 - November 21
From Vine to Desert Sands
Visit a Winery, camel ride to a Bedouin village, cooking workshop, and have dinner in the desert. Overnight glamping in the desert. GLAMPING.

Day 5 - November 22
From Desert to Dessert
Lasha Bakery, foraging and having lunch with Nura, tour and tasting at Thinkers – A Spirit Distillery, culinary tour, dinner at The Academy of Machneyuda. Overnight in Jerusalem. David Citadel.

Day 6 - November 23
Flavours of the Holy City
Tasting tour through the Old City of Jerusalem and in the Ultra-Orthodox Neighborhoods. Overnight in Jerusalem. David Citadel.

Day 7 - November 24
From Food Rescuing to Fine Dining
Visit Jerusalem food rescuers, drive up North, have time to rest, dinner at Pereh. Overnight in the North. Pere hotel.

Day 8 - November 25
Be a Farmer and a Guest in the Golan Heights
Visit to pitaya/dragon fruit farm, beekeeping, lunch at a Kibbutz, dinner in a Druze village. Overnight in the North. Pere hotel

Day 9 - November 26
Le’chaim in the Galilee
Malka Brewery, Kishor Winery, truffle hunting, dinner with a private chef in a stunning location. Overnight in Galilee.Pere hotel

Day 10 - November 27
From Farm to Fork
Kaima Organic Farm with chef Ido and have lunch in ‘EMEK’ Restaurant.
